EZ DOC Corporation

The Company was incorporated in the State of Arizona in 1995. The first officers were Randall Sorensen (President) and Wesley Schultz (Secretary). Both officers brought extensive financial experience to the company. Specifically, the officers both came from Big Eight accounting backgrounds. Mr. Sorensen worked for Coopers & Lybrand while Mr. Schultz worked for Touche Ross. After leaving, Coopers & Lybrand Mr. Sorensen began his own accounting firm in November of 1987. During this time, he followed his Big Eight interest of forensic accounting. Mr. Sorensen’s first expert witness testimony resulted in the Impeachment of then Governor Evan Mecham. Mr. Sorensen has been an forensic expert on over 1,200 economic loss evaluations. Although Mr. Sorensen commits a large portion of his daily activities toward developing Tax Return Score, he still maintains an expert witness caseload that includes the country’s top five insurance companies.

Mr. Mark Sullivan graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He spent 17 years in the photofinishing industry where he developed and managed markets throughout the Midwest and was a Program Manager with national account responsibility for Eastman Kodak Company. He also spent 10 years managing multi-state territories in the specialty retail and restaurant industries in an Area, District and Regional management capacity. Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of operational and sales management experience and is the National Sales Director.

Mr. Andrew Brummel graduated from the University of Evansville with a BSBA in business administration. He started his career with Qualex, the largest wholesale and on-site photographic processing company in the world. In 1994 Qualex became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kodak. Andy held the following positions while with Qualex/Kodak: Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager and National Sales Manager. Mr. Brummel has over 25 years sales experience and manages Business Development.
 
Mr. Kevin Johnson graduated from University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He began a sales career for a building supply distributor. In addition, Mr. Johnson started owned and operated a commercial cleaning business in the Twin Cities. Mr. Johnson retired to Arizona in 2006 and was recruited to join the EZ DOC Corporation in 2007. Mr. Johnson is in charge of Quality Control and Product Development.

Ms. Carol Weber has worked extensively in the medical field. In addition, she has over 10 years experience in real estate management and sales. Ms. Weber joined the company in 2006. Her duties with EZ DOC Corporation include Office Administration and Customer Relations.

Mr. Faraz Khan received his undergraduate degree in Computer System Engineering from Arizona State University. Faraz will soon complete his Masters degree in software engineering from ASU. Faraz is originally from Karachi, Pakistan and first joined EZ DOC Corporation in 1995. Mr. Khan is the Senior Programmer. His expertise includes ten computer languages that include Visual Basic, C++, HTML and Java. Since joining EZ DOC Corporation, Faraz has developed four software solutions for the banking and insurance industries.
